Great article. Thanks for posting it. I've known about exercise on the brain for years since Jia came from China and saw a PT and OT. However, I did not know about the aerobic aspect. I'm going to get them back to jumping on the trampoline and jumping rope before school. If only their teachers would have them jump rope before tests!!!
